Accounts Admin Clerk

Responsibilities

  • General accounting functions
  • Maintain cash / petty cash book
  • Attend to banking matters
  • Maintain account payable, account receivable ledgers
  • Prepare cash flow
  • Provide general administrative tasks
  • Responsible for requisition and maintenance of office equipment
  • To assist the Company in any other matters as and when required

Requirements

  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and UBS
  • Responsible, pleasant and independent personality
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 2 years experience in similar field
  • Possess own transport
